Delivery Information
Orders placed before 3:00 pm NZDT will be dispatched to CourierPost on the same day depending on stock availability. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed and dispatched to CourierPost on the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched to CourierPost to be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched to CourierPost to be delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched to CourierPost on the next business day.
We use the CourierPost Overnight Delivery Service for all orders. We are not responsible for any failure to deliver or delay in delivery caused by any event outside of our reasonable control.
In the event that we fail to deliver any products, you may elect to cancel your order in respect only of the products not delivered unless we have contacted you and you have agreed to delivery at a later date.
Advice regarding order shortages or damage in transit must be given to our customer service team no later than three days after receipt of products.
Delivery is complete when the products reach the address you have specified for delivery.
Parcel not received
If your parcel has been marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Contact us within 48 hours from the time it has been marked as delivered.
- Please check around your property to ensure it has not been left out of sight.
- Please allow up to 10 working days from the time you contact us, as an investigation will be opened with CourierPost. We cannot ship a replacement parcel until CourierPost has completed their investigation. Failure to notify us within the required timeframe may mean CourierPost cannot accept a claim, in which case no refunds, replacements or credits can be provided.
- If you wish to dispute the outcome of a CourierPost investigation, please contact CourierPost directly.
